Reclaim your inner balance and return to the wisdom of your body in Restore & Remember, a deeply restorative yoga experience that weaves together mindfulness, Indigenous storytelling, and the healing sounds of medicine music from Abya Yala (North, Central, and South America).
Held in a nurturing environment supported by the Earth, bolsters, and vibrational instruments, this class invites you into conscious repose—a sacred pause where stillness becomes a gateway to self-remembrance. Through gentle postures and spacious breath, you’ll be guided to listen deeply, soften fully, and honor the quiet voice within.
As the sounds of flutes, rattles, and healing melodies wash over you, allow your body to release what no longer serves and root back into the embrace of Pachamama—our Mother Earth. This is a space for collective restoration, where we come together in community to re-stitch the sacred threads that connect us to ourselves, to each other, and to the Land.
