Join us at Tid for Yoga for a deeply nourishing 90 minute co-created experience centered on softening, releasing, and renewing as we move into the energy of spring.
You will be welcomed with a warm cup of Amazonian cacao husk tea, inviting you to arrive gently and settle into the space. Tea will also be served after the session, offering a moment to ground, integrate, and return slowly to the day.
Helene will gently guide you through a supportive Restorative Yoga practice, using stillness and comfort to help the body unwind, the breath deepen, and the nervous system settle into rest.
From this deeply relaxed space, Suraya will lead you into an immersive sound bath journey. The resonant tones of her alchemy crystal singing bowls and gong support profound relaxation, integration, and inner renewal, allowing you to rest in sound and spaciousness.
An invitation to slow down, reconnect, and be held in a space of warmth, presence, and sound as you welcome the new season within.
