đ€ž Any level of experience with acroyoga is welcome! If you are a newbie, you can learn the basics with us!
đ You donât need to bring anything, if we meet inside, just wear comfortable clothes!
If we meet at the park, bring a yoga mat (if you have one)!
Jams are informal gatherings to practice (without teaching) where we organize ourselves. If you have a flow or poses you would like to practice, bring them in and we'll try to play with them! đ
