About this Event
Our evening will be guided by Miracles Kong and Cher Compton offering Restorative Yoga and Vibrational Sound. Carve out the time & space to take a deep reset through this pairing of rejuvenating modalities.

What is Restorative Yoga?
This lineage of Yoga is a gentle yet deeply-healing modality that offers a completely supported practice so that you can calm your mind, slow the pace of life, relax your muscle tissue, and rejuvenate your Being all the way down to a cellular level as you tap into your body mind and Soul. Postures are held for an extended period, are inclusively supported using a multitude of props, and are adaptable depending on your individual needs.
What is Vibrational Sound?
The vibrational frequencies of sound healing from crystal bowls have the ability to create a full body relaxation and recalibration down to a cellular level. The frequency played from the bowls can benefit both your mental and physical state promoting relaxation.
Combining Restorative Yoga with Vibrational Sound, you transcend to higher states of consciousness as deep healing takes place.
We will also be holding space after the guided session in order to allow time for the frequencies to integrate, answer questions that may have emerged through your experience, and create the opportunity for participants to connect with each other after the session.

- All Yoga props, including mats!

What to bring:
- You’re welcome to bring any of your own props that you may wish to have, including your yoga mat; however as mentioned above — all will be provided in our studio
- You can also bring a water bottle if you wish
- A journal if you'd like to document your thoughts following our session
- An open heart to receive the benefits of this healing experience! Whether you’re familiar with or new to these modalities; come prepared to allow the energy to flow through you

Space is limited to 8 participants in our intimate container of healing energy. Personally accommodating; no experience necessary.
Register early to secure your spot. Due to equipment and set-up, minimum registration numbers are required for running these events. Ticket sales close March 26 at 12pm.

Please note: for the integrity of our session, this event is adult-only (no kids or little ones!); and we will be closing the entrance promptly once our session begins to allow everyone to settle into the space for minimized disruptions and maximized frequencies.
We encourage you to leave behind your electronic devices in order to create a space for yourself that is free from interruptions; however if you do require to bring your phone, we'll ask that it is set to silent mode during our session.

With 475 hours of Yoga Teacher Trainings and hundreds of clients served, Cher has been guiding others on their healing journey through yoga and meditation since 2016. She offers invigorating and grounding practices for all who wish to invite harmony + flow to their lives through Yoga, Breathwork, and Meditation. Always a student, she continually deepens her personal practice in order to expand the offerings that she passionately shares with others to raise the collective conscious healing in the world.
