Winter asks us to slow down. To go inward. To rest, reflect, and sit with what's been.

Breathe & Bloom is a space to release the heaviness of winter and create room for new energy to come through.

We'll begin with sacred cacao to open the heart and soften the nervous system. From there, we move into guided breathwork designed to clear stagnation, move stored emotion, and bring fresh life force back into the body.
