While restorative yoga helps ease your body and nervous system into a state of rest and rejuvenation, the soundscape that washes over you will aid in releasing stagnant energy and blockages while filling your soul with pure love, light, and peace.
The Elements of the Journey:
Restorative yoga offers fully supported shapes designed to promote inner healing of the body’s nervous system, calm the mind, become one with Self, and provide deep relaxation, sometimes inviting a gentle stretch for tense muscles and connective tissues.
Sound healing instruments will be played during your restful postures to ignite your soul to venture into realms containing answers, clarity, peace, rest, or memories. Sounds of the wind, rolling oceans, soft gongs, and ethereal crystal bowls help create a scene of serenity.
By blending these modalities together, we are able to connect and recharge many aspects of you. From your physical body to your energetic body, this experience softly supports you.
All props are provided, but you’re welcome to bring your favorites.
