Restorative Yin Yoga and Sound

What's been helping me loads lately is restorative yin - to slow down, feel nourished and supported approaching the winter months.

Every Wednesday evening, for 4 weeks leading up to the festive season; I'm sharing Yin and Sound to help you find some calm and balance.

Something like:

✨ We'll start with gentle breathing and connection to our bodies

✨ Yin yoga - long holds with candles, blankets, smells and cosy things!

✨ Savasana with sound - instruments, singing, mantras (depending how we feel!)

Beginners are welcome. There's 8 spaces so this will be an intimate group. Please bring your own mat, blankets and cushions ☺️

You can stay and chat at the end, or sit in silence and wind down ready for bed.
