As the sun softens into evening, I’m hosting a gentle restorative stretch flow paired with a deeply immersive sound bath.

This practice will center on heart and hip openers, those tender areas where we tend to store both emotion and resilience, creating space for release, softness, and quiet strength.
The sound bath will carry you further inward, wrapping the experience in a state of calm and grounding. And because care shouldn’t end when you step out the door, each guest will leave with a nourishing womb tea bath; a small, intentional ritual to extend the evening’s restoration into your own sacred space.
