Come join me for a relaxing and nourishing sound healing journey. The combination of sacred harmonies, energy healing will support you in clearing, balancing and entering deepest states of meditation, relaxation, and restoration, which is optimal for healing.
Tune into the sacred harmonies of ethereal instruments including the Grotta Sonora Dream Catcher Gong, Euphonic Array, Elk Hide Shamanic Drum, Native American Flute, Tibetan Singing Bowls, and Didgeridoo. The experience will help us to tune into our inherent peace, lightness, expansiveness, and empowerment so you can effortlessly flow with a deeper state of inner peace and tranquility during times of transformation & change.
Recommended Preparations:
Please feel free to bring crystals into our space. Pink colored crystals like Rose Quartz, Pink Tourmaline, Mangano Calcite, Kunzite, & Morganite are wonderful for tuning into frequencies of unconditional divine love. Green crystals like Malachite, Jade, Serpentine and Seraphinite are also wonderful for the heart. Clear crystals like Lemurian seed crystals, Helkimer’s Diamonds, Danburite can assist in receiving higher dimensional guidance.
Bring journals, pens and paper for note making and journaling.
