Aubrey will guide you through the basics of sleep cycles and their deep connection to vitality, highlighting how everyday patterns can interrupt our ability to rest fully. You’ll be introduced to herbal allies—such as calming nervines and adaptogens—that help ease the body into sleep and promote deeper, more consistent rest. You'll also explore practical techniques for addressing common sleep challenges such as insomnia, difficulty staying asleep, and nighttime anxiety. This class includes an educational handout and practical guidance to help you integrate sleep-supportive herbs and habits into your nightly rhythm.
