About this Event
Take a break from the busyness of your daily life and give yourself permission to rest and receive with the unique combination of Reiki and sound healing. Join us as we embark on a journey of deep healing and renewal.
We will incorporate relaxing breathwork, gentle stretches, reiki and sound healing to help you restore balance to your body, mind, and energy
You can’t give from an empty cup.

What to Expect:
- Guided meditation and breathwork for balancing
- Some gentle stretches to prepare the body to rest
- A restorative sound bath using various instruments
- Both individual and group reiki healing
Bring:
- An open heart, a pen, and a journal or something to write on.
- A yoga mat
- Pillows, blankets, bolsters, or anything else you need to be comfortable
- Wear comfortable clothes
- Water
- A sweatshirt or jacket as often the body temperature drops in deep meditation
- An optional eyemask
- If you have any other ritual items you like to use like crystals, items from nature, photographs, etc., you may also bring them.

Parking on Collins Avenue is free after 6 pm. Guests may also park in our Stretch Zone spaces. It should also be okay to use other assigned parking spots within the plaza ONLY if the corresponding business is closed for the day.

Your Facilitators:
Mandy Sciacchitano is an energy worker and spiritual mentor on a mission to empower people to heal so that they can achieve higher levels of soul-aligned success through energy work and personal healing. She seeks to make all things spirituality, healing, and energy work relateable and real-world applicable.
Mandy holds a strong container for emotions, stories, and blocks to arise, which allows clients to do the deep work, developing spiritual rituals, learning self-healing tools, and creating direct communication with the Soul voice so that they feel grounded, clear, and supported along their path.
She believes in a holistic approach, and draws on her expertise in coaching, breathwork, energy work, and EFT “tapping” to help clients bust through blocks and accelerate healing and transformation to create authentic Soul alignment.

Katie Doyle is the founder of Bloom Burst and a wellness advisor who works at the intersection of health, healing and wellness to be able to support her client's mind, body and spirit. Katie is a registered yoga and meditation instructor, holistic health coach, sound healing facilitator and workplace wellness advisor. She is also South Florida’s only certified Mindful Outdoor Guide.
Her goal is to make whole-body wellness attainable, approachable, and accessible. She is passionate about holistic living and the healing powers of nature as well as using alternative modalities to tap into our deepest and truest selves.
Katie believes that laughter is truly medicine, good friends are family, life is too short to NOT pursue your passions and the darkest moments in your life are springboards for greatness.
