About this Event
The practice is designed to help you cultivate breath awareness and find stillness. It is beginner-friendly and inclusive of everyone’s needs.
You will be guided to hold each pose for a few minutes, allowing your body to softly surrender to the experience. Sehaj incorporates the use of mantras and pranayama to enhance a sense of grounding and ease.
