? Sound Journey shavasana: As you surrender into your final pose Shavasana, let the enchanting sounds of crystal bowls, chimes, and other harmonic instruments wash over you. The melodic vibrations will lull you into a state of tranquility, clearing your mind and creating space for inner healing.
