Support your wellbeing and enhance your mental clarity with our guided breathing session at Hiwa. This workshop provides practical tools to help you navigate periods of high pressure and maintain healthy wellbeing.
During this session, we will explore:
- Breath Awareness: Building a foundation for mindful presence.
- Benefits of Nose Breathing: Understanding the physiological advantages of nasal breathing.
- Autonomic Nervous System Response: Learning how the Vagus nerve influences your body's stress response.
- Breathing Techniques: Guided practice of Ocean Breath, Box Breathing, Diaphragmatic Breath, the Physiological Sigh and Double Duration Exhale.
Please meet the group in the foyer at 1.05pm. We will gather by the event door on the left of Hiwa, accessible via the Symonds Street entrance just past the Campus Store.
