Rest Reimagined is an immersive experience presented by St. Louis–nonprofit Frizzy by Nature that honors Juneteenth and the power of rest, reflection, and release. As a tribute to freedom, liberation, and belonging, all are welcome to join in the celebration of Black history, culture, and art. This event encourages individuals to reclaim their rest, practice mindfulness through sound and movement, learn about Black artists, and support Black creators.Check back soon for a schedule of events.
