Join us for a calming indoor sound bath designed to help you rest deeply, recharge your energy, and reconnect with yourself.
This immersive experience guides you into a meditative state through the vibrations of crystal singing bowls, gongs, and other grounding instruments. As sound moves through the body, the nervous system settles, the mind becomes more spacious, and the body has the opportunity to restore and reset.
Whether you're new to sound healing or already have a self-care practice, this experience offers a supportive space to slow down and receive.
What to Expect:

What to Bring:

No experience necessary. All are welcome.
Doors open 15 minutes early to give you space to arrive, settle, and ease into the experience.
