Rest & Restore Sound Bath
Step into a space of deep rest where sound and intention come together to nourish your mind, body, and spirit. This immersive 75-minute sound bath is an invitation to pause, ground, and realign, a moment to simply be and reconnect with a sense of ease and balance.
Through the resonant vibrations of crystal singing bowls, koshi chimes and an ocean drum, we’ll create a calming atmosphere that encourages deep relaxation, relieves tension, and clears stagnant energy. This sound bath experience offers a supportive space to recharge, reset, and emerge feeling lighter, refreshed, and aligned with your natural state of well-being.
Come as you are. Yoga mats, blankets, and props are available, but please feel free to bring anything that will help you feel even more cozy & comfortable. These sessions are open to all; no prior experience is needed.

Kristi is a certified sound practitioner and yoga teacher with a deep passion for creating an environment where people can show up fully as they are and come home to themselves. With 7+ years of experience holding space in both the wellness and spiritual communities, as well as through her work as a photographer and mentor, Kristi brings an intentional, heart-centered approach to supporting others on their growth journeys.
Whether she’s guiding someone through a restorative sound bath, leading a yoga flow, or simply offering a moment to be truly seen, Kristi’s work is rooted in connection. She finds great joy in blending different modalities, like sound, yoga, and meditation, to offer experiences that nourish the mind, body, and soul.
At the core of Kristi’s work is a commitment to her community and a mission to guide people home to themselves. She thrives on creating meaningful experiences that help others feel grounded, aligned, and supported in their own unique journey.
