This in-person Breathwork circle will be an opportunity for some deep inner healing using - a heart-opening breathing meditation which can
- quiet the mind chatter and open the heart
- clear the body and nervous system of emotional debris
- cultivate deeper levels of self-love and self-acceptance
- increase self-connection and heighten intution
- connect you to your courage and quiet your fears
- decrease levels of anxiety, depression, stress and overwhelm
In this intimate circle you will be guided on an experiential journey of release and self discovery, utilising a blend of Breathwork, somatic practice, journaling and an invitation for sharing.
If your bones and body are feeling a little weary still, if you're yearning for hibernation and rest, that's exactly what we're 'supposed' to be.
We are still very much in the depths of winter. A season of surrender, softness and retreat. A time to yield to the rhythms of rest and renewal, an invitation to step away from the ceaseless surging forward of expectation and demand.
What if instead of seeking new beginnings and new resolutions this is a time to seek warmth and rest. To honour the wisdom of nature’s cycles. To see that the nakedness of the trees is whispering to us to stay slow. And that stillness is not stagnation but preparation for growth.
What if we remember that life’s most transformative moments often start in the shadows.
And what if we trust: trust in the thaw, in the unseen roots stretching beneath the surface, in the beauty that emerges when we allow ourselves to pause.
What would happen if we let go of the calendar we live by, seeing that it really isn't our true guide? And that the new year begins not in the frozen quiet of January, but in March, in Spring, when the earth stirs with life again.
What to expect
This lovingly-crafted 2.5 hr Breathwork healing circle in Olivia's rainbow home studio will be an opportunity for some deep inner healing, connection and release.
• An opportunity to rest, restore, reflect - to digest and metabolise that which needs softening or release though journaling, sharing and somatic practise.
• A safe and supportive sanctuary for sharing from our hearts in a space without judgement, interjection or advice
• 25-30 minute Transformational Breathwork meditation
• 10-15 minutes deliciously heart-expanding integration
• Time and space for our hearts and bodies to settle before emerging back into the world

What is Breathwork?
Transformational Breathwork is an active meditation technique that uses the breath to clear the body and nervous system of emotional debris. It is a somatic healing practise with the capacity to move and transform stuck emotional energy.
