The workshop will provide a valuble space to reconnect with yourself and move your body mindfully. During the workshop, you will be led through breathing and grounding exercises as well as a pilates series. The hope is that you would leave the workshop feeling more connected to your needs during this busy season and have some tangible tools to manage stress.
The workshop will be hosted by Gabrielle Thompson, pilates instructor at Kiva Pilates and Annalise Harness, LPC-S, LMFT-S, RYT, therapist at Peak One Counseling.
