Join us for a soothing and rejuvenating meditation evening. Take a break from your busy schedule and immerse yourself in a peaceful atmosphere. Our experienced meditation teachers will lead you through a series of calming techniques, helping you to release stress and find inner tranquility with various Mantra Meditation techniques. Learn how to apply these simple techniques to your every day lives and become a more peaceful, compassionate, loving person.

Classes are given by Yoga teachers that have been practicing for over 25 years. The mantra meditation methods that are taught have been passed down by a long line of teachers for many hundreds of years. The simple techniques have been proven to help people overcome even the most difficult of obstacles in their lives.

During this in-person event, you'll have the opportunity to connect with like-minded individuals who are also seeking a moment of relaxation. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced meditator, this evening is open to everyone.

Located in the heart of Brentwood, our venue provides a serene setting for your meditation practice. So, give yourself the gift of rest and relaxation each Tuesday evening. Leave the worries of the day behind and allow yourself to unwind in a supportive and peaceful environment to get through the rest of the week.

Parking is street parking: easiest on Barrington or the West side of Chenault St there is usually free parking

Address will be given on confirmation of attendance. The cross streets are Barrington Ave and Chenault St

We are a registered 501c, so we give donation based classes, but free for those that are unable to contribute.
