ROAD SHOW SESSIONS WILL INCLUDE:

Transitional Questions and the Art of Being Meaningful

Jenny will guide participants through the anatomy of a donor discovery call, breaking down key moments like introductions, transitions, and closings. She’ll share essential soft skills such as mirroring, reframing, and using empathy to drive meaningful conversations. The session will include a role-play exercise where participants can practice these techniques.

Responsive Fundraising’s Four Frameworks

In an honest and thought-provoking fashion, Jason challenges and inspires those who share his commitment to the fundraising profession. In this two-part session, Jason will introduce Responsive Fundraising’s philosophical and managerial frameworks, beginning with how fundraising habits often create competing cultures that undermine rather than support thriving environments for fundraising. In the second part, Jason will introduce Responsive’s managerial frameworks, focusing on how the Fundraising CEO combined with deliberate practices contribute to a high-performance culture, and introducing a new approach to the well-worn traditional campaign.

Panel Discussion: The Three Personalities in the Development Office

Laura will facilitate a panel discussion introducing the three personalities commonly found in development offices. The session will focus on how these personalities interact, their unique contributions, and how understanding these dynamics can improve team collaboration and fundraising success.
