In this gentle, practical workshop, you’ll learn simple tools to regulate your nervous system — tools you can use anytime, anywhere.
We’ll explore:
Grounding breathwork
Gentle somatic practices
Co-regulation exercises
Self-resourcing techniques
Simple self-care shifts that deeply impact anxiety
We’ll also open space for reflection and discussion around how we resource ourselves in daily life, especially during times of stress, overwhelm, or uncertainty.
This workshop is suitable for anyone who:
Feels anxious, overwhelmed, unsettled or ungrounded
Wants to feel more empowered and steady
Is curious about nervous system regulation
Would simply like a reminder of the tools we all carry within us
No prior experience is needed — only a willingness to show up as you are.
You’ll leave feeling calmer, more empowered, and with real techniques you can use immediately.
There will be tea, ease, care and support, plus after the session I will send you some meditations and grounding practises to listen to.
