What to Expect: Each meeting will commence with gentle movements to prepare your body and mind for meditation. We will then invoke the presence of the goddess Bhuvaneshwari through sacred chanting and visualization exercises. Our time together will culminate in a 20-minute silent meditation, allowing you to absorb the divine energy and wisdom.
Our practice integrates elements from Bhakti, Shakta Tantra, and Tibetan Buddhism, providing a comprehensive and enriching spiritual foundation. This combination of traditions will support you in cultivating a devotional practice that can transform your daily life.
