The Reality
As we age many of us choose to move and sound less. As we move and sound less, the effort it takes when we are then required or choose to sound or move seems to increase. We are shocked when we realize our facility for moving and sounding has declined, possibly more substantially than we had anticipated.
The Opportunity
Resonating with Age is a workshop dedicated to summoning those feelings of facility and reclaiming your moving voice. With enjoyable and healthy voice/body practices you can begin to move and resonate more freely, once again creating sustained vocal/physical presence through your elder years and even as you choose to be still or silent more often.
Gerry Trentham (he/they) has sustained an international performing career into a fifth decade and taught and coached body and voice work to countless participants of all ages both inside and outside institutions spread across four continents. He will gently invite you to uncover a greater vocal/ physical potential to resonate what is important to you as you age.

Online Learning
Online access from wherever you are is also available for those who cannot attend in-person.
These sessions are created primarily for in-person learning but if you cannot attend in-person and choose to join online, a 30-minute private coaching session scheduled outside these times will help focus and optimize your on-line learning.
