๏ปฟResonance is a space for like minded individuals to gather and move with intention in a ceremonial setting.
The purpose of these events are to offer a safe container for an intentional, meaningful practice where participants are invited to collectively cultivate and embody the vibration/frequency of a specific concept or theme, and set the intention for that to resonate that out into the community and beyond.
There will be a different theme for each event.

- A dimly lit, aromatic and safe space to move and express yourself freely
๏ปฟ๏ปฟ - Intentional opening of the space.
- A Cacao ceremony๏ปฟ๏ปฟ to drop in and connect. The ceremonial grade cacao that is offered has been sourced ethically and brewed respectfully. Gluten free and vegan.
- A variation of meditation, somatic movement and other practices related to the theme will be woven into each session. This component will change for each event.
- At least 1.5 hours of uninterrupted free-style dance. Expect to be taken on a global musical journey inspired by shamanic, tribal and esoteric beats.
- A Sound Journey with a range of unique instruments - ๏ปฟAllow the magic cultivated during the dance to steep with a savasana and blissful sound bath.
- Intentional closing of the space.
At the end of the session, participants will be gifted a take home ritual they are invited to include in their daily practice to keep the magic going and assist with integration.

- This is a substance free event.
- Leave your shoes at the door, no chatting or phones while dance is in session. There will be space at the end of the evening to share and connect.
- It is expected that all participants respect each other's personal space, seek permission prior to physical contact and honour the collective energy of the space. ๏ปฟ๏ปฟ
- This event is not suitable for children.

๐ช๐ต๐ฎ๐ ๐ถ๐ ๐ฅ๐ฒ๐๐ผ๐ป๐ฎ๐ป๐ฐ๐ฒ?
Resonance is the extraordinary phenomenon where an object vibrates at the same natural frequency as another. A vibrating object can influence similar objects around them to resonate at the same frequency. When two objects are resonating at the same frequency, they are in HARMONY.
As everything is frequency and vibration (including us humans!) we can CHOOSE what resonant frequencies we cultivate and emit. Whatever we choose to focus on and embody not only impacts us, it impacts those around us. With that in mind, we can set the intention to cultivate and embody so many wonderful things, and with multiple beings all focusing on the same theme (resonating at the same frequency) this magnifies the spreading of these positive vibrations throughout the collective.
The Heart Math Institute (heartmath.org) have some INCREDIBLE research in this space. Highly recommend taking a look if you havenโt read about it. Truly, TRULY amazing!
