It’s never too late to start!
Our beginners Ballet Bliss Dance Class will fulfill all your childhood ballet dreams.
This class is also for all levels. If your ballet shoes have been gathering dust brush them off and immerse yourself in our 8 week term of Ballet Bliss.
Note: you do not need ballet shoes to start, socks or bare feet are fine.
Ballet Bliss
with Lisa Marie Harris
This elegantly poised class will focus on the foundation of dance with technique being at the forefront. We will strengthen and lengthen our bodies with some supported exercises and then find beauty and flow in centre combinations and corner work as we immerse ourselves in a fusion of traditional classical and contemporary repertoire. No experience (or French 😉) required.
Attending our Ballet Bliss Dance course is great for mindfulness and calming your nervous system along with other benefits including:
- Improves breathing and balance
- Increases energy and stamina
- Improves flexibility, muscle strength, coordination and posture
Lisa Marie Harris
Lisa has been dancing her whole life. She has trained in many genres of dance including jazz, ballet, tap, contemporary, music theatre, lyrical and more. Lisa has performance & teaching experience both in Australia and internationally. She now loves sharing the joy of dance with the community for fun, fitness and creative expression.

Note: There are no refunds for our Trial Ballet Bliss dance course. If you let us know before the course starts you are welcome to transfer to a new term.
Missed classes can not be made up in new terms.
