Begin the day in stillness with this free, donation-based outdoor sound meditation featuring crystal singing bowls, breathwork, and guided reflection. Held in honor of America’s 250th anniversary, the gathering offers space for remembrance, unity, and community connection. Participants are invited to bring mats or blankets for comfort and are welcome to continue the morning with Rise Yoga Gettysburg’s “Yoga in the Park” (sign up link to come) at 9:30 AM, followed by the nearby Adams County Farmers Market, creating a seamless, local, wellness-centered start to the holiday weekend.Meet in open green space by the amphitheater at Gettysburg Area Recreation Authority (Rec Park).
