This event will take place in an Art Gallery in the Heights - this was originally a house converted into a beautiful art gallery 20 years ago on Heights Blvd owned by the artist John Ross Palmer. BLOC Foundation is a non-profit art gallery that offices out of this John Palmers Gallery. Limited to 6 participants
Looking for a fun and creative way to spend an evening? Join us at BLOC Foundation for a cozy, hands-on resin tray making class! Whether you're celebrating a special occasion, on a date night, enjoying a night out with friends or simply looking for a new creative outlet, this intimate workshop is the perfect choice.
During this workshop, you will create your very own tray, designed and poured by you! We will be making the exact tray displayed in the photos - meaning that is the shape it will be and you will have creative freedom on the color/design. Experiment with colors, textures, and patterns to create one-of-a-kind pieces. Once the resin cures (24 hours), we’ll mail your tray directly to you, ready for your next party display.
With only 6 spots available, you’ll receive plenty of one-on-one guidance from our instructor, Brooke as she walks you through the resin process. We’ll begin with a short demo and some inspiration to help spark your creativity! We have dried flowers, all different colored pigments, glitter, different shaped and colored sequins and gold leaf you can add to the clear resin. We will have examples so you can get a feel for what you want to create! No experience needed!
