Resilience Yoga is more than a yoga class — it’s an invitation to come home to your body.
Designed with beginners and those with either internal trauma, this class offers a compassionate, inclusive space where physical movement and healing intersect. Using a guided framework, our sessions prioritize your safety, autonomy, and comfort above all else. There are no expectations here — only gentle encouragement and a pace that honors wherever you are today.
Each 60-minute session is thoughtfully structured to guide you through:
- Grounding Breathwork — We begin by anchoring the mind and calming the nervous system through intentional breathing techniques.
- Gentle Movement & Postures — Accessible yoga poses that build strength, flexibility, and body awareness — always with modifications available.
- Mindful Transitions — Moving between postures with awareness, teaching you to be present in each moment rather than rushing toward the next.
- Deep Relaxation (Savasana) — Every class closes with a guided relaxation that allows your mind and body to absorb the practice fully.
