Join TFCC for our restorative Christmas party 💆🏼♀️🎄🥐 crimbo party, but make it wholesome.
You will be guided through a 60 minute restorative yoga, with Wellness by Gigi. The gentle flow is designed to cultivate calm, to help restore your energy in the middle of crash szn !!!
Steph (me! hi hi) will then guide you through a workshop designed to give you the opportunity to reflect on everything YOU have achieved this year, and then work through some science back techniques for 2024 goal setting and creating habits that last.
Finallyyyy the community will enjoy a nourishing festive feast and a chance to connect with each other and celebrate !!!
