A guided recovery session that trains mental fitness through state control. Heat to soften, breathwork to regulate, cold to sharpen, then recovery breathing to settle.
We’ll be at a clean, new, state of the art facility with modern sauna and cold plunge equipment, a pool, and plenty of space to reset. The venue also serves delicious, nutritious food and cool drinks, so you can make a full morning or full day out of it.

Doors open at 10:00
Breathwork session at 12:00 and 18:00 (guided, beginner friendly)
Stay before or after for sauna, cold plunge, and recovery time at your own pace.
Price
360 THB for the full day day pass.
This is not a toughness contest. Everything is optional. We go slow, we keep it beginner friendly, and you choose your level.
Safety note
No hyperventilation or breath holds in or near the water. Participate at your own comfort level. Heat and cold exposure carry real risk, so please listen to your body and skip anything that does not feel right.
