Reset and Reconnect: A Lore x Feel Seen Wellness Experience

Take a midweek pause to reset your mind and reconnect with yourself and others.

Reset and Reconnect is a two-hour guided wellness experience hosted by Lore in collaboration with Feel Seen. Designed to be both grounding and restorative, this intimate session blends breathwork, reflection, and community connection in a calm, welcoming environment.

Hour 1: Guided Breathwork + Reflection
We’ll begin with gentle grounding exercises to help you arrive fully in the space, followed by an accessible guided breathwork session. You’ll be invited into light reflection, creating space to slow down, release tension, and tune inward.

Hour 2: Journaling + Community Connection
The second half of the experience shifts into guided journaling with a mix of structured prompts and open writing time. Participants are welcome to share, connect, or simply sit in quiet reflection. The space will naturally open into optional conversation and informal networking.
