Please join us for an artist lecture and conversation with on Wednesday, March 25, 2026 from 6:30-8:00pm at the historic Beaux Arts Flagg Building!
Artur Galocha is a designer, infographic artist, journalist, and occasional illustrator. He creates graphics for The Washington Post and previously worked for El País, Público, El Mundo, Corriere dello Sport, and El Correo Gallego. He was also the Art Director for the magazines: Tentaciones, Cambio16, Retina, and Líbero, which he co-founded. When he has time, he designs book covers for Libro del K.O.
This talk is a part of the Studio Arts and Design Research + Practice lecture and conversation series, occurring on Wednesdays. Dates for the Research + Practice series are listed below.
