Replenish Yoga

Let's take some time to dial back the clock in our respective body, mind, emotions, and soul. We will do Gentle and Restorative yoga asanas to release our stiff, tired muscles and negative emotions. We will channel the slow and relaxing pace of Hatha and Restorative yoga styles, while also enjoying soothing tones from gongs, singing bowls, chimes, and/or tuning forks to help ease the weight of the world off our shoulders. Also, we will use our breath and positive self talk to manifest that which we love & seek, while exhaling whatever does not bring us joy -- to ultimately marinate in peace and tranquility.

Dress in clothing to move and breathe in. Bring a yoga mat, blanket and pillow, plus a friend.

Donations are much appreciated to help us open a nonprofit that aims to make healing more affordable through low cost/no cost classes and private sessions. We also seek to open a mountain retreat center.
