Join us for an evening dedicated to repairing and extending the life of the clothes we already own.

This relaxed drop-in repair session focuses on visible mending and simple clothing repairs. Whether you have a small hole, loose seam, missing button or just want to learn how to mend your clothes, you are welcome to bring an item along and work on it with guidance.

Visible mending celebrates repair rather than hiding it. Using simple techniques, you can strengthen worn areas and give garments a new life while reducing textile waste.

The session is suitable for beginners as well as anyone who already enjoys sewing and repair.

About the organisers
This session is part of the Emergence Restock repair programme, supporting circular fashion and helping people keep clothing in use for longer.
