Renters' Rights Information Session in COSA District #8

Join us for a free Renters’ Rights Information Session being held on Thursday, April 16, 2026, from 1:00 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. at the Connect+Ability office located in the Warm Springs Rehabilitation Hospital located at 5101 Medical Drive, Room #132, San Antonio, Texas 78229 (in City Council District #8).
This information session will provide a free presentation on renters' rights regarding:
❎ NEW eviction laws in Texas
❎ repairs
❎ lock-outs
❎ security deposit refunds
❎ discrimination
❎ retaliation
❎ and other important issues!
Interpreter services will be available in Spanish and American Sign Language (ASL).
DOOR PRIZE RAFFLE:
All attendees can enter a drawing for the chance to win a HEB gift card as a door prize. The door prizes include four $20 HEB gift cards and one $50 HEB gift card. But you must be present to win!
