Renegade Rituals - Holiday Detox Yoga

Renegade Rituals brings the energy of a nightclub and the calm of a yoga studio together for one unforgettable Sunday at Aura Lounge.

Join instructor Liz Lemon (@renegade.rituals) for a 45-minute flow set to deep house beats by Ric Caporale (@justinthericoftime) live on the decks. This isn’t your typical yoga class — it’s an immersive mix of vinyasa movement and juicy stretches to shake off stress, reset your body, and drop into the rhythm.

Proceeds from this class will benefit Toys for Tots, so you can feel good about feeling good! Bring a toy to donate for a free Haze.

BYO mat, all levels welcome.

After class, stay for the DJ day party and keep the energy going. A wellness vendor will be there offering deals and IVs to cure any hangover lingering from Saturday fun.
