Let’s end 2025 with our standard and ever-popular workshop- Releasing It All. (Affectionately known as “Let That Shit Go” by my regulars.) Every year when December comes along, I say: “Hello, old friend” to this favourite workshop of mine.We will be releasing all that doesn’t serve us- any thoughts, behaviours, patterns, people, places or situations, etc. By doing this, you will open up space for manifesting abundance and prosperity in 2026.
This is a full day in-person workshop at YHS and facilitated by me Michele Bland (Shel). The cost is $100.

As with all my workshops, this is a small group and interactive workshop. Don’t wait too long to RSVP as it has sold out every year to date.
