�� NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING BUNGENDORE BOWLING & SPORTS CLUB (BBSC) ��Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting will be held at Bungendore Bowling & Sports Club at 20 Turallo Terrace Bungendore on Sunday 14 December 2025 at 10:00am
AGENDA
The business of the AGM will include:
1. Confirmation of the minutes of the 2024 AGM
2. President’s Report
3. Treasurer’s Report and Financial Report
4. Election of Board of Directors
5. Notice of Motions/Resolutions
6. Life Membership Nominations
7. Appointment of External Auditors
No other business may be transacted at the AGM.
ELECTIONS
The following positions are due for election at this AGM:
1. Vice President
2. Secretary
3. Treasurer
4. Five (5) Directors
Where there is more than one candidate for any position the election will be determined by secret ballot during the AGM.
Members are eligible to nominate to the Board of Directors and vote at the AGM as long as they are a financial member including any of the following: Life member, Full Bowling member or Social Bowling member. Social members are entitled to attend the AGM but not vote at the meeting.
Enquiries regarding positions (incl. Role descriptions, expected terms etc) can also be directed to the Secretary.
Expressions of interest are also being sought for members to support the Board of Directors in the following areas: Grants & Fundraising, Events & Functions, Social Media & Marketing, Volunteer Coordinator and Bowls Administration Support.
Nominations for the Board of Directors or supplementary positions must be submitted in writing to the Secretary, no later than 6pm Sunday 7 December 2025.

BBSC looks forward to hosting this year’s AGM for all attendees on 14 December.
