About the facilitators:
Izzy Atkinson is a self-love & life coach, has hosted varying types of healing circles, and is a breathwork facilitator. Izzy approaches everything she does through the lens of love, compassion, and understanding. Izzy is also a personal trainer, the host of the Make It Make Sense with Izzy Podcast, and co-leads a non-profit in Boston called The Soul Project, Inc., which supports women and girls through workshops, retreats, and healing circles.
Eric Caroffino has a background in communications, social-emotional learning (SEL) and K-8 education. A passion for empowering individuals and communities has led Eric to collaborate and learn from a variety of spiritual, philosophical and scientific sources. Eric's empathetic approach to workshops fosters an insightful discussion that welcomes all to participate.
