A 60-minute class for grounding, nervous system support, and coming back to yourselfIf you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, mentally drained, or like your body hasn’t had a chance to slow down… this space is for you.
I help people who feel stuck in stress and overstimulation reconnect to their body so they can feel calm, grounded, and supported again.
This is not a class where you have to “do it right.”
This is not about fixing yourself.
This is a space to breathe… release… and come back to yourself.
In this 60-minute experience, you’ll be gently guided through:
– Simple breathwork to calm your nervous system
– Somatic movement to release built-up tension
– Grounding practices to help you feel present and steady
Everything is slow, accessible, and designed to meet you exactly where you are.
No experience is needed.
You can move, sit, or rest at any point.
This class is for you if:
– You feel overwhelmed or constantly “on”
– Your mind won’t slow down, even when you try to relax
– You feel disconnected from your body
– You’ve been holding more than you realize
You don’t need to carry it all by yourself.
Come give yourself an hour to reset, soften, and reconnect.
What to bring:
– Water
– A yoga mat or something comfortable to sit/lay on (we will have chairs available if you prefer)
– A blanket or anything that helps you feel supported
Spots are limited—save your space and give yourself the time to exhale.
