About this Event
Research in trauma and neuroscience, including insights from The Body Keeps the Score, shows that emotions aren’t just mental, they live in the body. When they aren’t processed, they can become stored tension, stress, or emotional loops.
This experience is rooted in a simple truth:
healing happens when energy is allowed to move.
Through a series of guided practices, we’ll create space for that movement—gently, intentionally, and in community.
✨ What to expect:
– Guided release ritual
– Somatic practices to move stored emotion
– Symbolic letting go activity
– Reflection + reset
– Community connection + support
Release Item (Optional):
You’re invited to bring one thing you’re ready to release, this can be a written note, an object, or a symbol of something that no longer serves you.
During the event, you’ll have the opportunity to let it go through a guided, symbolic release practice.
We will also have a donation option available for those who feel called to support this experience and the mission of Think Positive Club.
This is a space to soften, to release, and to reconnect with yourself—without pressure, without judgment.
Whether you’re holding onto something specific or simply feeling the weight of life, you are welcome here.
