At times, we all need a little extra support, tools, time, and rest. Give yourself this gift of time to do just this. Join our instructor, Jess, for this blissful workshop where we will utilize a variety of techniques to release tension so you can deeply relax and reset your body and mind.
This workshop is perfect for beginners or experienced yogis!
As an experienced, trauma-informed, advanced yoga teacher with a passion for empowering others to help themselves through mind/body connection, Jess will guide you through everything from yoga to aromatherapy, breathwork, vagus nerve techniques, lymphatic movement, and mindfulness practices. This workshop will help shift energy, process/release emotions, and raise vibrations in the body so that you can truly relax in heavenly bliss by the time we get to the restorative poses.
Experience new skills from a variety of different disciplines, alongside gentle & restorative yoga, resulting in a state of blissful relaxation and a total nervous system reset!
