About this Event
Join us for a fun and engaging yoga experience designed specifically for kids! Through playful asanas, interactive yoga games, and mindful activities, children will discover the joy of yoga in a lighthearted way. They’ll explore breathwork and mindfulness techniques, all while having fun and connecting with their bodies. It’s a perfect blend of movement, play, and relaxation—allowing them to feel the true essence of yoga while enjoying every moment!
We will focus on movement, breathwork, and mindfulness to build emotional balance, body awareness, and resilience in children aged 4-12. Please bring your own yoga mat.
About Shruthi:
Shruthi is a certified yoga instructor with over 300 hours of training, including Hatha, Vinyasa, and Children’s Yoga. Her mission is to empower kids and adults alike through yoga, mindfulness, and breathwork. Shruthi specializes in creating fun and engaging sessions for kids while also guiding adults on their mindfulness journeys.
