Sherry Finzer is a multi-flutist, sound healer, teacher on the Insight Timer Meditation app, and the founder of Heart Dance Records and Higher Level Media. After finding solace in music during a challenging childhood, she returned to the flute in 2000 and began a journey that expanded from classical roots into improvisation and healing-centered sound. Since releasing her first New Age album Sanctuary in 2009, she has created over 40 albums and EPs designed to support relaxation, reflection, and emotional well-being through the transformative power of music.
Location is in the Moon Valley area of Phoenix. Exact location will be sent prior to the event - cross streets are Thunderbird and Coral Gables, Phoenix, AZ 85023. Please arrive by 6:15 as the door will be locked exactly at 6:30pm.
I will have yoga mats and blankets available. Please feel free to bring your own if you prefer, and a pillow if you would like. If you prefer to sit rather than lie on the floor please let me know in advance so that I may have a chair ready for you. I look forward to holding this healing space for you!
