As the season shifts, this 90-minute workshop invites you to pause and reconnect — to release what’s been heavy, receive what’s needed for this new season, and realign your body, mind, and spirit with peace.

This experience will gently guide you through:

✨ Gentle movement + restorative yoga to release tension and restore balance
✨ Guided meditation to help you receive peace and clarity
✨ Reflective journaling to realign with your intentions for the season
You’ll leave feeling grounded, refreshed, and renewed — ready to step into the rest of the year with ease and intention.
