Release & Rise – Ecstatic Dance Journey (3 hours)


Fascia Release • Cacao Ritual • Ecstatic Dance


A 3-hour embodied journey to release tension, regulate the nervous system, and reconnect with flow, freedom, and emotional ease.


Guided with care and simplicity by Teia Peters, featuring a heart-opening cacao ritual with Sarah and visual art projection by Michelle Brace, this special edition gently guides you from inner awareness through the heart, into movement and expression.


A safe, welcoming space to soften, feel, and renew.


The Journey


6:00 – 6:45 | Fascia & Nervous System Release

Slow, guided movement inspired by Yin yoga and intuitive flow to release tension, calm the nervous system, and reconnect with ease in the body.


6:45 – 7:10 | Cacao Circle

A gentle, heart-opening ritual to shift from thinking into feeling, creating a bridge into movement.


7:10 – 8:40 | Ecstatic Dance

A free movement journey to express, release, and reconnect with your natural rhythm — guided by an uplifting and dynamic music wave.


8:40 – 9:00 | Integration

A 20 minutes guided full body relaxation and sounds journey to absorb and settle the experience.

• Alcohol & drug-free space

• No phones on the dance floor

• Doors open 15 mins before (please arrive on time)




What to Bring


• Comfortable clothes (barefoot)

• Water bottle

• Cup for cacao

• Optional: mat or blanket

How to get there:


Storey's Field Centre is located in Eddington.


Just two miles from central Cambridge between Madingley Road, Huntingdon Road and the M11. We hope that you will take time to discover us via sustainable modes of transport. We are a ten-minute cycle ride from the City Centre.


Extensive cycle parking is available around the development site.


Eddington is also on the Universal Bus route visit www.go-whippet.co.uk for details. You can also use the Citi 4 bus to Madingley Park and Ride or the Citi 5 bus to Huntingdon Road. Parking is limited on site, except for Disabled parking, if you do need to drive; parking is located at the Madingley Road Park & Ride with the Eddington local Centre a short walk away. Use the footpath on the northeast side of the car park for a shorter route. Parking at Eddington is free for the first 60 minutes.
