About this Event
As we step into a new year, this calming evening workshop invites you to slow down, reset, and create restorative rituals that support deeper, more intentional rest. Led by breathwork practitioner and long-time anatomē partner Kerry Flower, the session blends scent, sound, and breathwork to guide you into a deeply immersive state of relaxation.
Through a restorative practice incorporating gentle body awareness, breathwork, and elements of yoga nidra, you’ll release the past year’s tension, regulate the nervous system, and settle into a space of clarity and calm. Kerry will introduce sensory anchors; aroma, sound, and breathing exercises to help quiet the mind, deepen focus, and cultivate a steady sense of presence as you move into the year ahead.
This workshop incorporates anatomē’s sleep formulations, including targeted essential oil blends and supportive rituals designed to align with the body’s natural rhythms. You’ll also explore practical sleep hygiene, mindful habits, and simple nightly practices that can transform long-term rest and emotional wellbeing.
This workshop involves movement, open conversation, and time for questions. Dress comfortably. All attendees will receive a gift bag.
