About this Event

Join us for a gentle walk around Morden Hall Park, where relaxation and mindfulness techniques will be shared.

Please come dressed for the weather on the day - and wear comfortable shoes for a 45 minute walk . Please let us know about any health conditions we should be aware of.

This workshop is for Merton residents (18+) only, or those who are registered with a Merton GP.
