About this Event
Things start to get mad this time of year, parties, shopping, planning and lift get too busy, so thins is the perfect event for you!
This monthly event will begin with some scientifically proven relaxation practices to calm anxiety and tension, followed by a beautiful class with a mix of breathwork, gentle yoga movement ending in relaxing Yin poses to ease away any stress held in the body and help us glide gently into relaxation.
This will be followed with a wonderful guided meditation, sound healing and reiki to help you drift deeper through your Kosha states to the Bliss state, a state of deep rest and a chance to recharge.
The evening will finish with time to connect with each other over herbal tea, make new friends and allow that 'To Do' list to wait until tomorrow!

Meet the Teacher
Amanda found her calling when making the move from the corporate world into the health & wellbeing industry over 10 years ago. As a qualified 500 hour Yoga teacher, Reformer & Mat Pilates instructor, health coach & cacao facilitator she believes in guiding and motivating others to embrace the power of the human body to feel empowered, to heal and encourage everyone to recognise the importance of taking time out of this busy world to relax, recharge and connect back in with themselves.
